MEET THE TRAINERS
Started playing netball from a very young age. Fell in love with the technical and tactical side of the sport and started Jens Netball at the age of 16 coaching Mini Netball players.
Received my Provincial and National Coaches Accreditation in 2014 from Netball South Africa, where i coach coaches “how to coach”.
Netball South Africa Level 3 coach since 2014.
Coaches in the Telkom Netball League since 2015. Filling the Head coach positions for teams such as the Limpopo Baobabs, Mpumalanga Sunbirds, Gauteng Fireballs and assitant coach for the Gauteng Jaguars.
In 2023 Jens Netball became the “face of netball” at Zwartkloof Private Game Reserve and started coaching Clinics and Tournaments attracting more than 400 players per weekend.
My love for movement started from a young age, participating in numerous sports from swimming, softball, athletics and of course netball.
In the realm of sports my role is to improve athletic performance, prevent injuries, and facilitate rehabilitation by assessing movement efficiency, identifying biomechanical imbalances, and implementing targeted interventions.
In essence, my work as a biokineticist serves as a bridge between science and movement, integrating principles of biomechanics, physiology, and rehabilitation to optimize human performance and well-being.
